The frequent and long-term working from home and changed conditions for work due to Covid-19 has caused  significant changes in working conditions, which means that the existing APV has to be updated in relation to the challenges associated with the changed working conditions. Among other things upon working from home. Therefore, in February 2021, AGRO conducted a mini-APV with a focus on working from home.

The APV was prepared by LAMU and representatives from LSU.

There were also wishes to look at the working conditions of technicians and laboratory technicians who were still on duty. Unfortunately, this did not turn out to be possible, as the tool AU had made available for the spot measurement did not have the opportunity for more than 10 questions. Therefore, the committee estimated that we could not include that part this time, however much we wanted to.

The main results can be seen here. (In Danish)

The result of the APV has now been analysed and has resulted in an action plan for AGRO, see the action plan. (In Danish)
