To do - Economic Round 1 2026
The Finance Department is now initiating Budget Round 1 for 2026.
Therefore, please review your projects and ensure that:
- The budgeted months/hours are realistic – both for the current year and for the entire project duration.
- The budget for operations and investments appears realistic based on your current knowledge.
- New projects are created and budgeted – please send the relevant information to your project controller.
- ReAp is updated with all your applications to foundations and external partners. Inform your project controller of any additions.
In your upcoming meetings with your project controller, they will follow up on the above points. Your projects are part of the institute’s overall finances and results, so it is important that the budgets are accurate for Budget Round 1.
