Applications open for the Frands Christian Frantsen Scholarship
Academically excellent students and PhD students at Aarhus University working in agriculture, food sciences, or wildlife biology now have the opportunity to apply for funding through the Frands Christian Frantsen Scholarship.
The grant will be awarded in May to students, including PhD students, enrolled at Natural Sciences or Technical Sciences at Aarhus University.
Applicants can seek funding for:
- Fieldwork
- The use of special apparatuses or cost-intensive analyses
- Research stays in Danish or foreign research environments
- Popular science promotion of research in relation to Danish agriculture, food and wildlife biology
Please note that general living expenses for salaried PhD students are not covered, and the grant must not result in an extension of the study period.
