Annual pay negotiations 2024
The annual pay negotiations at AGRO is held in spring.
From 1 February - 25 February 2024, you can submit information for use in the pay negotiations.
Pay negotiation form
You complete a digital pay negotiation form in mitHR. On the form, you describe the performance and competencies you believe should be taken into account in the pay negotiations. You access the pay negotiation form via the Pay Negotiation website. This page also provides a video guide on how to fill out the form.
After 25 February 2024, the form will be shared with the manager and union representative responsible for negotiating. If you have the right to and wish to negotiate on your own behalf, the information will only be sent to the manager.
Criteria for pay increases
The overall pay negotiation budget is max 0,5% of the previous year’s payroll cost.
Before you fill out the pay negotiation form, it is a good idea to familiarise yourself with the salary agreement catalogue, pay agreements and any local criteria that you have to meet.

Process
The main steps in the process are:
- 1/2 - 25/2: You can fill in the pay negotiation form
- March-June: Negotiations take place
- When the negotiations are concluded, results communicated as soon as possible
