Please register your work hours in mitHR and settle your travel and other expense in IndFak-RejsUd before you take a well-deserved Christmas break. If not possible, please note the deadlines below.

Wednesday 3 January 2024: Deadline for sending travel and other expense settlements in IndFak-RejsUd if the settlement is to be included in the financial year 2023. Note that all trips made in 2023 and products purchased and delivered in 2023 must be posted in 2023 and can therefore not transferred to for 2024.
ProjektTid
Tuesday 2 January 2024: Deadline for time registration in ProjektTid (mitHR). If it is in any way possible to enter your absence and time registrationf before you go on break, it will be a great help.
