The government's proposal for a new agricultural package has taken up a lot of space in the media lately. In many cases the debate has been characterized more by politics and emotions than facts and sense. Professor Jørgen E. Olesen has been a key figure with regard to contributing relevant, research-based knowledge, including in an interview in the agricultural newspaper Landbrugsavisen. Read the article (in Danish) in Landbrugsavisen here.

In the next few days there will be more articles that are relevant to link to from AGRO's staff website, so keep your eyes peeled!

During the past couple of weeks just about every media, including television, radio, newspapers and magazines and the agricultural press have covered the topic from various angles. It can be difficult to grasp the big picture and it would an huge task to link to all the articles, TV-spots and radio-spots in which Jørgen E. Olesen's name is cited, not to mention all the other articles about the subject - there are hundreds of them. However, many staff members have an understandable desire to know what's what in this issue.

The Danish press writes in Danish, of course, so you would have to search in Danish. You can search in one of the following ways:

On the Internet by googling ”landbrugspakke”.

In selected media by searching for ”landbrugspakke”.  The following media are recommended: Berlingske (b.dk), Politiken (politiken.dk) Jyllands-Posten (jp.dk), Danmarks Radio (dr.dk), tv2 (tv2.dk) and Børsen (borsen.dk) as well as Landbrugsavisen, Maskinbladet, Effektivt Landbrug and ForskerForum.

In AU Library and from there to Infomedia. From here you can limit the time period to e.g. "fra 8. februar" and search for e.g. "Jørgen E. Olesen" (you will get about 400 articles) or "landbrugspakke" (you will get about 2000 articles).
