AGRO's legal contact in TTO will also come to the department
Legal special consultant Lisbeth Guldbæk Smith, who is AGRO’s contact in TTO, aims to have one workday in the department approximately every third week.
Legal special consultant Lisbeth Guldbæk Smith is the person to contact when we need help from Corporate Relations and Technology Transfer (TTO). She can help with, among other things:
- Collaboration agreements
- Contracts
- GDPR
- Technology cases
Lisbeth Guldbæk Smith has her regular office in Aarhus, but aims to spend one workday in the department approximately every third week. Initially, that will be in Foulum, but days in Flakkebjerg can also be organised according to needs. She will not have a set workspace, but sit in an office close to the secretariat.

DCA’s lawyer Else Thordahl Meyer will continue to be the contact person regarding legal assistance with regard to e.g. leases, policy support tasks, collaboration agreements that do not include IPR or publication provisions, in-house tasks, including information access, and generel legal counselling.
