Booking of the guesthouse in Flakkebjerg

As from 1 December 2022 the rooms and the flat in the guest house must be booked with Birgit: birgit.madsen@au.dk or Dorthe: Dorthe.kahr@au.dk. The rent will increase as from 1 January 2023, and a tenancy agreement must be made including payment of a deposit if the stay exceeds 1 month.

The deposit for renting for up to 6 months is 1 month’s rent; if renting for a longer stay, 2 months’ rent. Notice must be given no later than 14 days before departure.
