AU’s mentor scheme provides matchmaking between experienced and younger scientific employees. Would you like to hop on board?
Are you interested in becoming a mentor and helping a younger researcher follow the right path or would you like to be a mentee so you can receive help and sparring to strengthen your career? AU’s scheme Empower Talent! matches VIP's on the level of assistant professor/researcher/postdoc with more experienced colleagues at the level of associate professor or above for a one-year period.
The aim is to promote dialogue regarding career opportunities that can cntribute to keeping on or atrracting talented employees.
