GUIDELINES FOR CRITICAL WORK TASKS AT AGRO DURING COVID-19

All activities in the field, laboratory, workshops and offices have to be agreed with the management

  • Only one person per vehicle (car, tractor, etc.).
  • In work-related situations, no physical contact with other persons is allowed - so no visits to farms/farmers with farmer contact.
  • As far as possible, only one person in each lab or building, depending on local conditions.
  • Only 1-2 persons per office in each building.
  • Distance between colleagues must be at least 2 meters (respect this when you pass a colleague).
  • The door has to be closed when you work in lab or office.
  • Use gloves, when you walk to and from lab/office.
  • Breaks cannot be held with colleagues at the same time and in the same room (nor in coffee cor-ners or canteens).
  • Recommendable to have breaks outside (remember to keep 2 meters distance).
  •  Keep a good hygiene with frequent and thorough hand wash.
  • Use sanitizer on door handles.
  • Use sanitizer before and after touching the printer.
  • Use sanitizer before and after using the lavatory.
  • It is not allowed to sit in the coffee corners incl. using the fridge, coffee machine, microwave oven etc.
  • Bring your personal food and drinks, cutlery, cups and plates (and bring it back home after use).
  • Table surfaces, chairs, and equipment must be cleaned after use.
  • Contact your section leader in case you have any questions/concerns.
  • Guidelines from the Danish Health Authority must be followed.
  • If you have any symptoms of sickness, stay home.
  • If you have been sick with Covid-19, you are obliged to stay home for 48 hours after you have been without symptoms.

IN CASE YOU EXPERIENCE THAT THE ABOVE GUIDELINES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, IT IS YOUR DUTY TO REPORT IT TO YOUR DAILY LEADER OR TO THE HEAD OF DEPARTMENT.
