Important information about RejsUd
Natural Sciences and Technical Sciences will have separate RejsUd from 19 May 2020.
Please send your settlement for checking by 18 May 2020.
From 1 May, credit card transactions will be under the new faculties. In other words, you will not be able to see your credit card transactions from 1 May before 19 May. Credit card transactions cannot be moved, so you will not be able to see credit card transactions from before 1 May when you log on to RejsUd on 19 May.
You should finalise your settlements of the credit card transactions before 18 May. If you have settlements covering before and after 1 May, you should settle the credit card transactions made before 1 May and then make a new settlement for the subsequent transactions after the separation between the two faculties.
In short:
- You should submit your settlements for checking by no later than Sunday 17 May.
- On Tuesday 19 May you will automatically log on to your new faculty.
- Credit card transactions before 1 May are at ST.
- Credit card transactions from 1 May are at Nat or Tech.
- Credit card transactions cannot be moved between faculties.
