Collections in AGRO
In AGRO we distinguish between work-related collections and private collections - and only the work-related collections will be supported by the secretary/coordinator.
Work-related collections (work anniversary, PhD defense and retirement)
The MobilePay box number is given to the secretary by the person who will purchase the gift (e.g. the supervisor at a PhD defense or designated colleague at an anniversary).
The coordinator/secretary agrees on the target group for the collection, write and submit email.
The supervisor/colleague is responsible for collecting money via their own MobilePay box number, purchase gift and writing a card.
Private events (round birthdays, wedding, baby, etc.)
These collections are private, and secretarial employees are generally not involved in these collections.
