Information regarding the annual pay negotiation 2025
The annual pay negotiations at AU are held in the spring. From 1 February - 24 February 2025, you can submit information for use in the pay negotiations.
How to submit the information
You complete a digital pay negotiation form in mitHR. On the form, you describe the performances and applied competencies you believe should be taken into account in the pay negotiations. You access the pay negotiation form via the Nat-Tech's Pay Negotiation website. This page also provides a video guide on how to fill out the form. After 24 February 2025, the form will be shared with the manager and union representative responsible for negotiating. If you have the right to and would like to negotiate on your own behalf, the information will only be sent to the manager.
Criteria for pay increases
The overall pay negotiation budget is a maximum of 0.8% of the previous year’s payroll cost.
Before you fill out the pay negotiation form, it is a good idea to familiarise yourself with the salary agreement catalogue and pay agreements relevant for you. Process for the pay negotiations
The main steps in the process are:
- 1/2 - 24/2: You can fill in the pay negotiation form.
- March-April: Negotiations take place between the manager and the union representatives or employees who negotiate on their own behalf.
- As soon as possible after the conclusion of the negotiations, information will be provided.
