Intranet updated - how to calculate your working hours
We are pleased to announce that our intranet has now been updated with new and important information on how to calculate your working hours.
These updates cover detailed guidelines for different situations, including attending courses, travel time, breaks, fieldwork, social and professional events, overtime and flexitime.
What's new?
Courses
We've updated the guidelines on how to calculate working time when you participate in courses. This includes both mandatory and voluntary courses.
Travel time
There are now clear rules on how to handle travel time for work-related travel.
Breaks
Taking breaks is important and we now have precise instructions on how to account for them, including special rules for TAP during fieldwork.
Fieldwork
For those working in the field, there are now detailed guidelines on how to account for working time during fieldwork, including time spent on transportation.
Social and scientific events
We've added guidelines on how to account for working time when attending social and scientific events organized by the company. This includes both internal and external events and how to record your time for these activities.
Overtime and flexitime
We've described the difference between when something is considered overtime and when it's flextime.
