IT service will cause certain disruptions during the weekend
Service to the IT systems will lead to certain disturbances from 28-29 January 2017.
AU IT and AU Finance and Buildings will be conducting service from 0:01 am on Saturday, January 28 to 11:59 pm on Sunday, January 29, 2017.
During the whole weekend you can use AV equipment locally in the auditoriums and classrooms. You can work on your computer locally but without connection to central IT systems, common drives, video centre, AU's network and internet.
There will the following disturbances:
Saturday from midnight until Sunday 6 pm: Short network disturbances (wireless/wired), internet, WAYF, telephone services and all the services that are dependent on these. Most of the IT services will be available but with short-term disturbances.
Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm at the latest: Disturbances on mit.au.dk, self-service, Navision and financial systems, IDM, Sharepoint and Blackboard.
Saturday from midnight until Sunday 5 pm: Disturbances on STADS, STADS Self-service, STADS VIP, EDDI and video centre.
Sunday from 7-11 am: Power disruptions in the S-building (Fuglsangs Allé).
Possible disturbances can occur on Sunday from 7 am to 4 pm on files on common drives, websites and Blackboard.
