Salary negotiations 2023 are completed
The pay negotiations 2023 have now been completed, and those of you who have received a pay rise, have received a letter in your e-Boks
The results of this year's salary negotiations are now ready. Those who have received an increase in salary will receive a letter on this very soon.
It marks the completion of a process that started in early March with meetings with the section managers and each of the unions that are represented in AGRO.
41 supplements for qualifications and 7 one-time bonuses have been granted this year.
