Official cars: New requirements from April 1st

A new paper logbook will be introduced in all official cars from April 1st. Correct registration is essential – missing information may result in a fee of DKK 200.

All driving in Nat-Tech Administration Centre’s service vehicles must always be recorded in a logbook.

The old logbooks will be replaced on April 1st with a new paper version, which must be used going forward. The new version can be found in a blue binder in all vehicles. This will remain in use until a potential digital registration solution is implemented.

It is essential that all trips are recorded correctly and that all fields in the logbook are completed. Unfortunately, incomplete entries have been an issue, requiring significant administrative resources to retrieve missing information from users.

To ensure compliance, a fee of DKK 200 will be applied to any trip that is not correctly recorded in the logbook. If a project number (case number) is missing, the trip will be registered under the department’s project number.
