New guidelines for the reopening of AGRO
The reopening of AGRO is in full swing and the offices are in Foulum and Flakkebjerg is starting to be filled again. And while we are all happy to return to a more normal everyday life, there are still a number of guidelines we need to keep in mind and be aware of.
Guidelines have been made for who has which obligations in relation to cleaning the offices. In addition, guidelines have been made for laboratory work as well as guidelines for the use of meeting rooms in Foulum and Flakkebjerg.

Use of meeting rooms in Foulum
Maximum of people in the meeting rooms:
M1 - 5 people, M2 - 30 people, M3 - 11 people, M4 - 14 people, M5 - 6 people, M6 - 4 people, the corner office - 10 people, PV22 – 9 people.
Use of meeting rooms in Flakkebjerg
Due to distance requirements of 1 metre, there will be room for a maximum of
5 persons in meeting rooms 1 & 2, and 8 persons in meeting room 3. The library will be used for office space.
Cleaning
The toilets will be cleaned every day. Office cleaning according to normal standards.
Hand disinfectant stands are set up at entrances, which are filled every morning or as needed.
The meeting rooms are cleaned according to the standards, which will also stand surface disinfection to be used after each meeting to be wiped off, the meeting holder is responsible for this.
Touch surfaces such as handrails, door handles, contacts in the common areas will be wiped daily.

Use of department cars
Please use the disinfection wipes on the parts you touch in the faculty car before and after use.
For example doorhandle, steering wheel, gearshift, indicator etc.
The disinfection wipes can be found in the vehicle.
