mitHR - important information about deadines
As you know, in January 2023 we will have a new HR system, mitHR, and due to this it will not be possible to make employments, ask for extensions or other personnel changes.
It will also not be possible to register external opponents for advertised positions. It is therefore very important to be as much ahead as possible before January, as the HR-system is closed in this month.
Requests about personnel issues must therefore be made to Karina Rysholt Christensen no later than 1 December 2022, requests received after this date will only be typed after 1 February 2023, when mitHR is expected to be operational.
Please also be aware that Promark will be closed completely from 6 January 2023. This means that ALL registration of time and absence must be made before people go on Christmas holiday, as January should be used for administrative clean-up.
