Quotas and oral exams

There is little confusion about the quotas for contemporary students on campus regarding oral exams.

The quotas have been created - thus also the quotas that the Institutes have been notified of at the same time PhD, thesis, bachelor and project examinations.

The one meter distance requirement applies to us right now. However, it is important to remember that there is NOT free admission for students on campus. They may only enter the buildings for the planned exam and teaching activities already registered.

Students are still not allowed to bring guests for, for example, a thesis or a bachelor's degree exam.
If measures are taken to transmit these exams via Zoom or the like - it must not affect the examination itself. Unfortunately, there is no technical or administrative support for these transmissions. They are run as a completely private event, which of course must be agreed with the examiner and the examiner. Remember - You are not allowed to record exams - so the examiner must make sure before the exam starts.
