Registration of publications in Pure 2025
The year is coming to an end and the deadline for registration of publications/research output in PURE is approaching.
To researchers / other Pure editors
18 January 2026 is the deadline for registering publications published in 2025 in PURE.
If you are a researcher or an administrative employee who registers publications to PURE, you must complete these tasks before 18 January 2026:
Check that all your publications have been registered? Consult your AU website if in doubt.
Consider if any of your publications changed publication status since registration.
Check if the Open Access status is correct.
AU key figures and the Open Access Indicator
Validated 2025 publications are the basis of the AU key figures that are calculated early March 2026.
At the beginning of March 2026, publications with publication year 2024 are harvested for the Danish Open Access indicator. Therefore, please make sure that the Open Access status of your 2024 publications is correct. Also, please review at 2025 publications to ensure everything is up to date.
