Remember to mention AU and CVR no. on invoices
Remember to use correct name and CVR number on vouchers and invoices when it is AU that has to pay.
If the invoice or attachment has been issued to a private person or a private address, Aarhus University will not be able to deduct the VAT, as the invoice requirement for the deduction of VAT has not been complied with. Your project will thus be charged with the full amount including VAT.
It is therefore important that Aarhus University / CVR no. 31119103 is always states on all invoices and documents submitted.
