Revision of quality management system
The annual revision of the quality management system is now in place, so that the overall system is now available in version 8. This is an extraordinary revision as a result of demands from external auditor. There will be another minor revision later this spring.
The revised procedures and appendices have replaced the previous ones and, as usual, the system can be accessed here from: https://tech.au.dk/en/consultancy/about-public-sector-consultancy/quality-assurance/quality-management-system. The revised system will take effect today, Tuesday, March 28, 2023.
The most important adjustments to the system are:
- Consequential corrections after the abolition of time registration on 1 January 2023 (Procedure 2, 4 and 6). Here, possibly missing a description of time allocation, which follows later.
- Addition about outsourcing, definition, requirements and evaluation (Procedure 5 – requirement from external audit)
- Extended description of evaluation of subcontractors (Procedure 5 – requirement from external audit)
- Addition about AU as a subcontractor for other oransations’ advice (Procedure 6)
- Clarifications and additions in Appendix A on roles and responsibilities.
In addition, a number of minor language adjustments, explanatory clarifications, consequential corrections, etc. in procedures 2, 4, 5 and 6 as well as Appendix A.
