Salary negotiations 2020 are completed
The pay negotiations 2020 have now been completed, and those of you who have received a pay rise, will receive a letter in your e-Boks before 25 June 2020
The results of this year's salary negotiations are now ready. Those who have received an increase in salary will receive a letter on this very soon.
It marks the completion of a process that started in early March with meetings with the section managers and each of the unions that are represented in AGRO.
33 supplements for qualifications, 3 supplements for qualifications with salary group changes and 8 one-time bonuses have been granted this year.
- I am pleased that we have so many good employees in the department, but unfortunately we do not have unlimited funds to distribute. A salary improvement must reflect that you are particularly deserving of an amount over and above your present salary. Based on the pay agreements catalogue and agreements we look at each person’s salary, says Head of Deparment Jørgen E. Olesen.
At the last LSU meeting the result was discussed and it was agreed that there was need for more applications in some areas, therefore we encourage all who have moved professionally, or have made an extra effort during 2020 to seek a pay rise in 2021.
