Are you going to make a settlement of travel expenses or an expense claim?

As of 21 August, we switched to the new travel and expense claim system called RejsUd

As an AURUS user, you received an e-mail from Merete Foged on 17 August with information about the new system RejsUd.

Subsequently, the system has proved to have a few peculiarities:

  • If you have not used AURUS for 2 years, a user profile has not been created for you automatically in new system. Therefore, an application form for a new user profile must be submitted.
  • When asking for a password for the system – all travellers who are not already IndFak users will have to order a new password. It may pose some problems, and if you hear about colleagues having problems with creating a password, you can help them by telling them that the password must be “strong”, i.e. consist of minimum 8 characters, small and capital letters, figures and special characters.
  • The system will run in all browsers, but Edge or Explorer are recommended. You can also access the system from your smartphone.
  •  “Sag” (case) and “sagsopgave” (case task no.) are the same as project number and activity number.
  • In the settlement form, you must indicate a “Purpose” – in RejsUd this means the country where you have paid for the expenses in question.
  • The travel expense types (Cost type) have been reduced to just one type “Rejseudgifter/Travel Expenses”; this is type that must be chosen for trains, flights, taxis, bridge tolls.
  • You can let RejsUd calculate the number of kilometres driven as the system is connected to Google Maps.
