Are you interested in becoming a mentor and helping a young researcher or would you like to be a mentee and get sparring and help to strengthen your career? AU's scheme Empower Talent! matches VIP's at the postdoc, assistant professor and researcher level with more experienced colleagues for a one-year period.
The aim is to create dialogue about career possibilities that can help attract and keep talented employees.
