The head of department must approve the trip
Travel abroad has now reopened, see more on AU's website. However, you always have to be aware of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' travel guidelines (only in Danish). In addition, travel must be approved by the head of department.
In AGRO requests are sent to the email address: head.agro@au.dk. Where travel dates, destination and purpose of the trip are stated to facilitate the decision-making process.
