The environmental programme under VELUX Foundations will hold an information meeting on 21 January 2016 at Aarhus University. The meeting is about project ideas for system-altering partnership projects that can translate knowledge and practical experience into concrete actions. The aim is to promote sustainable use of land and sea in Denmark.

The projects will transform knowledge to action and must demonstrate sustainable development. VELUX Foundations prioritise novel projects that work with changes to the system with regard to resource consumption, management, policy, consumer patterns and values. It could for example be projects that focus on ensuring biodiversity, circular economy, innovative technology and behavior, or projects that test new pricing concepts and/or practical externality calculations.

Vice-dean Kurt Nielsen will also be present at the meeting which will be held on 21 January at 12:00 noon in meeting room 1, Fredrik Nielsens Vej 4, 8000 Aarhus C (Studenterhusfondens conference centre).

The scope of participation from AGRO will be decided at the management meeting on 12 January, so please ask your section leader if you may participate before taking any action.
