VPN access changes: Access to the O-Drive from private devices will no longer be possible

The Central Security Committee (CISU) at Aarhus University has decided to update the rules for VPN access as part of the follow-up to recommendations from the Danish National Audit Office and for security reasons. As of 22 September, it will no longer be possible to access the O-drive via VPN from privately owned devices.

Attached you will find information material in both Danish and English. We would greatly appreciate your help in ensuring that relevant staff members at institutes and departments are informed about this change well in advance.

For employees who, as a result of this change, require an AU-managed PC, the current models are available in the IT Webshop and can already be ordered now.
