Description:
The format is a 3-hour session that focuses on cross-cultural collaboration within the Aarhus University context and the benefits of cultural diversity and inclusion.
Danish AU staff members are invited to attend together with AU International staff members (both administrative and research staff are welcome).
Participants learn practical tools and strategies on how to work and act ‘culturally intelligent’ when collaborating cross-culturally in order to enhance performance and work satisfaction within an international environment.
