Deadlines and other messages from ST Economy
In connection with the end of the financial year 2017 all invoices concerning 2017 must be received in IndFak and all travelling expenses concerning 2017 must be created and sent to control.
Tuesday 2nd of January: Deadline for ProMark time recording
We strongly recommend that you enter your hours of holiday/absence and sign off before you go on Christmas holiday.
Wednesday 3rd of January: Deadline for entering SLS hourly wage in SLS web for subsequent approval by the associated project economist or business controller if they are to be included in the financial statement for 2017.
Wednesday 3rd of January: Deadline for suppliers to send invoices to AU
Please ask your suppliers to submit pending invoices to AU as soon as possible and preferably, if possible, before you and they go on Christmas holiday. Only invoices received in AU’s systems no later than Wednesday the 3rd of January can be guaranteed entered into the financial statement for 2017.
Remember that if a cost is to be included in the financial statement for 2017, then the product/service must have been delivered in 2017 and the invoice dated in 2017.
Wednesday 3rd of January: Deadline for creating (and sending to control) travel/ expense settlements in AURUS if the settlement is to be included in the financial statements for 2017. Note that all trips made in 2017 and products purchased and delivered in 2017 should be expensed in 2017 and can therefore not be saved for 2018.
Wednesday 3rd of January: Deadline for sending manual travel and expense statements to the associated project economist or business controller for approval if they are to be included in the financial statements for 2017.
Wednesday 10th of January: Deadline for claimants (rekvirenter) regarding approval of invoices in IndFak concerning 2017.
Help ST Economy by approving as many invoices etc. as you can even earlier – preferably before Christmas if possible.
