Plant2Food Kick-Off event

The kick-off event will take place on 30 March 2023 from 10-15 at Kragerup Gods (Ruds-Vedby on Zealand). Participation is free of charge and everyone interested is welcome.

The Plant2Food network has officially started and you are invited the kick-off event on 30 March 2023.

Plant2Food is sponsored by the Novo Nordisk Foundation and the network aims to help accelerate the transition to a more plant-based diet. To do so, four universities have joined forced with Food & Bio Cluster Denmark and a range of companies from the Danish food sector. The network will fund open research projects across universities and the food sector. You can read more on the network’s website www.plant2food.dk.

Everyone who’s interested in the green transition of the human diet is welcome in the Plant2Food network – there are no obligations and no membership fees. 

THE KICK-OFF EVENT

The kick-off event will take place on 30 March 2023 from 10-15 at Kragerup Gods (Ruds-Vedby on Zealand). Participation is free of charge and everyone interested is welcome.

The event will focus on network and ideas for collaborative projects, and the program will also include inspirational talks about plant-based diets. The event is your chance to kick-start an open collaboration within the Plant2Food network

The final program will be announced in February.
