The Danish Soil Science Society (DFJ) call for abstracts

DFJ invites you to a half-day seminar around the theme “Soils: Where food begins”. Talks will be held by BSc, MSc, PhD and Postdoc fellows with interest in soil science.

This event also aims at connecting early career researchers and different Danish research institutions with an interest in soil science.

The topic of the presentation can include a broad range of soil science topics – experimental work, modelling and mapping of chemical, biological, soil physics, environmental chemistry or biogeochemical properties and processes.

If you want to present your work, send in an abstract (max. ½ A4 page) about your work; whether it is an ongoing PhD project or an already finished BSc thesis no later than November 13th 2023 to Nelly Raymond (nr@ign.ku.dk). Five abstracts will be chosen for a 10 min oral presentation and 5 min discussion. The aim is to get all education institutions represented, as well as a broad spectrum of soil sciences.
