AGRO Days 2024
On 28-29 October 2024, the entire department (all employee groups) will gather at Herning Congress Centre. I expect that everyone participates. So, mark your calendar.
Transport from AU Flakkebjerg and AU Viborg will be organised. Overnight accommodation in Herning will also be organised. So there are no excuses to stay away.
We have an organising group that includes all sections and units in the department. We have put together an incredibly exciting programme, which in particular provides the opportunity for us to get to know each other better across the department and provide the opportunity for new collaborations. We also need to talk about something that will mean a lot to all of us, not least how we ourselves contribute to the green agenda and how we relate to new technologies such as AI.
I see it as crucial for the department’s further development that all colleagues meet across the department. This applies not only across locations and sections but also across age groups.
It is important that we constantly focus on networking throughout the department. This will definitely lead to both better research and greater job satisfaction. This is especially important in a situation in which we get many new colleagues in the department.
