IndFak and RejsUd will be closed for a while in May 2019
Aarhus University will switch to a new, common account plan in May 2019, which means that IndFak and RejsUd will be closed for a certain period.
All institutions under the Ministry of Higher Education and Science must have a common account plan from 2021 in order to make them more comparable. The transition will not infuence projects or other information in the economic systems. However, the transition will affect IndFak and RejsUd.
In RejsUd the consequences are that travellers and secretaries cannot create new travel statements in the period 3 May to 20 May.
In IndFak invoices recieved after 3 May will be in the system for approval on 21 May. All invoices should be settled before 13 May at noon.
All users will recieve an email about what to do in connection with the transition.
