Participate in WPA 2025 – your response matters

From February 25 to March 12, 2025, the workplace assessment survey (WPA) will be conducted. Your response is crucial for ensuring a good and healthy working environment, both physically and mentally, at the institute.

On February 25, 2025, you will receive an email from Rambøll with a personal link to the questionnaire. You can submit your response until March 12, 2025. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact apv@au.dk, who will assist you.

By taking approximately 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire, you help identify and highlight the areas we need to focus on and improve together. The more participants in the survey, the stronger the foundation for meaningful dialogue and effective follow-up actions.

What is WPA?

The Workplace Assessment (WPA) is an important tool for ensuring and improving the work environment. Through the WPA process, we assess the workplace environment, discuss the results, and prioritize concrete improvements in an action plan.

A good work environment is the foundation for well-being, job satisfaction, and the quality of our core tasks. That’s why participation is important — the more responses we receive, the better insight we gain into what works well and where improvements are needed.

WPA 2025 includes questions relating to both the physical and psychological work environments at the university. Among other things, you will be asked about your work situation, daily management in your unit, and the physical conditions for your work. It should be made clear that "your daily management" refers to the sum of the leadership you experience in your daily work (personnel and/or professional management).

Anonymity and confidentiality

All staff are guaranteed full anonymity and confidentiality in their responses to the questions. However, comments related to the physical work environment are not anonymous, as they are used to address specific issues such as drafts, noise, etc. The work environment group will have access to these comments to follow up and take necessary actions.

Next steps in the process

Once the responses in the report have been collected, we analyze the results and hold dialogue meetings to ensure that the responses are translated into actions. This is done through the joint development of action plans, ensuring that the necessary initiatives are implemented. On June 18, 2025, LAMU and LSU in AGRO will have a joint day to follow up on the WPA process.

Thank you in advance for your participation!
