September 15th 2022 from 11.30-16.00, we repeat the succes in Agro Food Park 26. Here, Compass Group, Food & Bio Cluster Denmark and Agro Food Park invite you to another fantastic afternoon with 25 market booths, 6 professional presentations, 4 workshops, 2 site visits and 1 Rising Star area.

Food market
Watch, smell, taste and experience the latest in food, trends and sustainability when approx. 25 companies exhibit and sell their products.

Rising stars
Visit the Rising Stars area and meet rising entrepreneurs and sustainable businesses of the future. At 14.00, you can hear them pitch their idea and help decide who will be the Rising Star of the day. 

SITE VISITS

13.00 - 13.40 - Department of Food Science, AU
Join us on an exciting visit to the Aarhus University Department of Food Science, with Head of Department Michelle Williams. There will be two stops on the tour, with presentations in the pilot plant hall and in the greenhouses

14.00 - 14.45 - Arla Innovation Centre

Director of Sustainable Packaging, Lise Bjerg Kildemark, will give a presentation about Arla's work with sustainable packaging in the Arla Foods Innovation Centre. The presentation will take place in their impressive arrivals hall.

WORKSHOPS

12.00 & 14.00 - Sea-manifesto
Compass Group has developed its own sea manifesto, focusing on the best sustainable fish in season. Learn more about the manifesto, invasive species and more. We promise treats for both ears and taste buds

13.00 & 15.00 - Be WILD with Compass Group
Food Excellence Manager and author of "The Kitchen of the Future ", Liselotte Kira Gregers Andersen, explains how to become more WILD with your cooking. There will be tastings and you will get something to take home.
