Funding for research in sustainability goals
The foundation Spar Nord Fonden is calling for applications from researchers for funding to support PhD or postdoc projects.
Researchers can apply for funds at Spar Nord Fonden for funding PhD or Postdoc projects that have the UN's 17 sustainability goals as their theme.
Spar Nord Fonden would like to focus on the possibilities entreprenurs and other small or medium businesses have to combine business with a strong positive contribution to fulfilling the 17 sustainability goals. How can Danish businesses in this segment develop processes, products and services that contribute directly to fulfilling the goals? What are the barriers for making it a business to solve these basic societal problems? Spar Nord Fonden is calling for applications for PhD or postdoc projects that have a focus on answering these and related questions.
The projects must take the UN’s report "Better Business, Better World" as a starting point and contribute new insights regarding business strategy and collaboration.
Deadline for applications is 1 May 2019.
