Information about holiday

On 1 September 2020, the new holiday law came into force. This means that from 1 September 2020, you earn 2.08 days of holiday per month of employment in the holiday year, which runs from 1 September to 31 August.

The days of holiday are earned at the end of the month and can be taken from the 1st of the following month. The entering into the new holiday year also means that you now have to think about planning your holiday.

You will find AGRO's guidelines in relation to holidays and special holidays here. These are valid from 1 September 2020 and apply to all AGRO employees, also international employees on the "old" concurrent holiday scheme.

To help with holiday planning, it is possible at https://mit.medarbejdere.au.dk to see how much holiday you are expected to have earned at a given time of year.

You can read more about holidays on AU’s website: https://medarbejdere.au.dk/en/administration/hr/holiday/accrual-of-holiday-and-special-holidays/.
