New Covid-19 restrictions

For employees living in Hjørring, Frederikshavn, Brønderslev, Jammerbugt, Thisted, Vesthimmerland and Læsø Municipality.

All employees from the affected North Jutland municipalities must, as far as possible, work from home until 3 December 2020. Details about this are agreed with the immediate manager.

For all employees

From Monday 26 October 2020 and for another 4 weeks social gatherings is restricted to 10 people. Meetings with more than 10 people must be as online meetings. Please note that this also applies to meetings in rooms where you take a break or in coffee corners. 

From Thursday 29 October 2020 an extended order of using face masks apply when you go about indoors at AU premises. This also applies to the communal areas at Askov, Flakkebjerg and Foulum. When you sit in your office, you may take off the face mask. You can get face masks from the secretaries in Foulum and at the reception desk in Flakkebjerg.

Social events, including Christmas lunches, receptions, etc. are cancelled until and including 2 January 2021.

Please remember that a good hand hygiene IS COMPULSORY if you meet for coffee/tea and/or bread/cake (use hand sanitizer).

As before, AGRO employees should work from home if their immediate superior judges that this is possible and appropriate.

Therefore you must still maintain good social distancing, sanitize/wash hands often, sanitize contact surfaces and aerate your room.

Face masks

Askov

Employees associated with Askov do not have to wear face masks in the buildings, but all guests must.

Flakkebjerg

You must wear a face mask in the common areas at Flakkebjerg (the A-building, in areas around the reception, meeting rooms and in the canteen as well as in the goods reception).

You do not have to wear a face mask in the corridor where your office / laboratory in. A face mask is still available at the reception.

Foulum

You must wear a face mask in the common areas (the A-building in areas around meeting rooms and in the canteen as well as in the facility management in building C20, where the car keys are collected). If you go into the areas of other departments, you must also wear a face mask.

Internally in AGRO, you do not have to wear a face mask in the building where you have an office / laboratory, but if you go to other buildings, you must use a face mask.

Face masks are available from the secretaries.

Foulumgård

Employees who are affiliated with Foulumgård do not have to wear face masks in buildings G50-52, but all outsiders must.
