New Head of MARK Jutland
We are very pleased to welcome Christian Bjerg Mogensen as the new head of MARK Jutland. Christian will take up the position on 1 May 2025.
Christian lives in Ørnhøj and runs a small hobby farm. He brings with him a strong leadership background, having led large teams in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, he served as operations manager at VIA University College, Campus Holstebro, where he was responsible for facility management and personnel. He also has experience as an operational manager at Falck, where he ensured efficient day-to-day operations.
Christian has a broad educational background, including a diploma in leadership and several additional management courses. His hands-on experience as both an ambulance paramedic and an independent farmer has given him a wide range of skills and the ability to contribute to projects on both strategic and practical levels. Christian is results-oriented and committed to creating a safe and motivating work environment for everyone involved.
The hiring committee has had some very constructive and engaging interviews with Christian about the position, and we are confident that he will be a strong addition to both field operations and the management team. There will be a lot to learn when he starts on 1 May, but the secretariat has prepared a solid onboarding plan to help him get to know both MARK Jutland and AGRO well. As we’re currently in one of the busiest times of the year in the fields, we hope everyone will lend a hand in giving Christian a warm welcome and helping him get a thorough overview.
We look forward to welcoming Christian to MARK Jutland and to AGRO. We’re excited to see how he will contribute to fostering a positive and productive working environment here at AGRO.
