Now the first guidelines are coming

1 November is a milestone in the implementation of the URIS guidelines at Aarhus University. URIS is the acronym for the Danish committee on guidelines for international research and innovation collaboration.

On this date, the first set of URIS guidelines to be implemented at AU will come into force. The focus of this first phase is guidelines on recruitment and hiring. The guidelines are a tool that will enable AU to vet potential employees, PhD students and guests at AU more systematically and effectively.

Few amongg you will be affected by the URIS guidelines. But because they apply to the university as a whole, it’s important that all employees understand that international research and innovation collaboration security is a high priority at Aarhus University.
