Office relocation in January 2025
As you know, our department is growing both at AU Viborg, in AU Flakkebjerg and in Aarhus. This is in many ways very positive, since it allows us to expand our research and also ensure succession of staff and recruitment for new needed capacity. In terms of office space, it means that we need to make the most out of the available space.
The relocation process for AU Flakkebjerg will be completed within the first quarter of 2025 and the relocation process in Aarhus will take place late summer. More information will be shared with you when we enter the new year.
At AU Viborg we will in January 2025 take of the PV32 building and move out of the buildings in G20, G22 and A10. This will give us sufficient space to continue grow, but only if we maintain our common standards for space available for different staff categories (see table below).
We understand and acknowledge that relocating comes with challenges, and we are committed to making this relocation as smooth as possible. If you have any questions or specific needs during this period, please do not hesitate to reach out to the administrative coordinator in your section or our Head of Secretariat in the department, Ida Thoft Jensen. We are confident that this move will bring positive changes, and we appreciate your cooperation as we prepare for January.
