Remember to complete your workplace assessment
The AU workplace assessment (WPA) is conducted every three years, and the next WPA will begin on 28 February 2022 with a questionnaire-based survey of staff at the entire university. The survey will run until 11 March 2022.
By answering the WPA questionnaire, you will help identify and spotlight the areas we need to focus on; this makes the WPA an important tool in our ongoing efforts to ensure a good work environment. The more employees who complete the survey, the better basis we will have for a good dialogue and local follow-up. We encourage all of you to take the 15 minutes required to complete the questionnaire so we can form a detailed picture of staff well-being at AGRO.
WPA 2022 includes questions relating to both the physical and the psychological work environments. Among other things, you will be asked about your work situation, your professional development, day-to-day management in your unit and the physical conditions for your work.
All staff is guaranteed full anonymity and confidentiality in their responses to the questions concerning the psychological work environment. In order to make it possible for the occupational health and safety organization to address the results of the survey regarding the physical work environment a concrete, practical manner, staff responses about this aspect of their work environment will not be anonymous. On AU’s WPA website, you can read more about confidentiality and anonymity, the WPA process, etc.
