The Quality Management System has been simplified

Tech’s Public Sector Consultancy Committee’s has now approved the next revision of the quality management system, version 11. The system has been revised in Danish. The revised documents of the English version will follow next week, on 8 May 2024.

This revision includes compressed versions of all procedures involved in the performance of tasks, as well as several other changes to the system based on external audits and reported non-conformities/deviations. All changes to the system are described in the attached Appendix X - Overview of revisions.

Simplification of the System: Quality assurance procedures have been streamlined to task steps, procedures, and responsibilities

Following the positive response to the compressed version of the quality assurance procedure 7 last year, we have now created condensed versions of all other procedures (1-9 + 12-13) that you use in your daily work. All condensed procedures are presented first in the overall system document (Full QMS), followed by the full procedures that provide explanatory and detailed context.

“Public sector consultancy” changed to “advisory”

The term “public sector consultancy” has been replaced with the term “advisory” in all system.

Is the Quality Management System Effective? Help Make It User-Friendly

The rationale behind Tech’s Public Sector Consultancy Committee’s approach is that the easier the system is to use, the more effectively it will be utilised. Therefore, it’s essential for those who use the system to provide feedback if they see other opportunities to enhance its usability. New Quality Goal for 2024-2026

Some of our tasks are delivered later than the original agreement, usually after consultation with the requisitioner. Regardless of prior agreements, Tech occasionally receives feedback from requisitioners that our tasks are delayed. Therefore, the quality goal for the next two years is to reduce the number of delays of task deliveries. The first year involves mapping the delays, and the second year will set goals based on the findings.
