Status on implementation of new library system

As previously informed, The Royal Danish Library just launched the new library system

If any staff or students have problems with access to books or electronic resources in connection to exams/student thesis/reviewing etc., please contact kb@kb.dk as soon as possible, and we will do our utmost to help.

At the library, we will try to help in any way we can, but it may be helpful to know some of the most frequently encountered problems:

Problems with access to the electronic resources

Some of these issues relates to user rights. After the system integration, some of our users have several user profiles, with different rights attached.

Other problems relates to university IP addresses.

Delivery of ordered items via MyPrint

If you have articles sent for printing via MyPrint, please send an email to artikel@kb.dk.
This may also relate the user profile problem.

Fixed Pickup Location

In the future, it is not possible to choose a fixed pick-up location (library) for ordered books. Therefore, be sure to choose the right library when ordering books. The local library can help you with this problem.
