Team Performance Dialogues (TPDs) and Staff Development Dialogues (SDDs) 2020

After the Team Performance Dialogues (TPDs), all sections will start convening for the Staff Development Dialogues (SDDs).

At AGRO, we are focused on competence development for instance by means of staff development dialogues (SDDs) and team performance dialogues (TPDs), where employees in one-to-one or group dialogues may discuss competences which are important to the individual employee or the group now and in the near future.

The staff development dialogue process is initiated by filling-in the template on musskema.dk. The actual dialogue is based on this guide, where the following topics are covered:

1.    Job satisfaction
2.    Present job situation
3.    Future working conditions
4.    Competence development
5.    Innovation and the department’s future

In addition, there will be some trade-specific questions for the individual staff groups.

Agreements on specific competence developments are typed into the www.musskema.dk, and the immediate manager will make ongoing follow-ups.

Employees, who are 5 years from his/her official retirement age, will subsequently be invited to a senior meeting, or this could be addressed at the staff development dialogue.
