The economy of AGRO is tight

AGRO's economy hurts, and the department management is asking everyone to pay attention to spending

AGRO came out of 2018 with a rather large deficit of DKK 12 million. This money must be paid back. The expectation was that in 2019 we could repay part of this. Unfortunately, that is not the case; instead, we get another million deficit. There are many reasons for this, including that expectations for revenue at the start of the year were set too high.

Together we have a task to limit the deficit this year. This means that only exceptionally new hires can be made. At the same time I ask everyone to help save on operating costs. This means that we all need to think carefully about when spending department funds. Expenses should always be based on externally funded projects.
