Time registration and signature on external projects with requirements for time registration
It is the responsibility of the project leaders that time registration is correct on the projects
We have been informed by AU's auditor that in future they will have to fill out an Exception in the audit report on EU accounts, if the time sheets are not signed in time.
The requirement is that they must be signed monthly: "Time sheets must be dated and signed at least monthly, by the person working for the action and his/her supervisor.
The auditor has been instructed by the EU to, consistently register if there are failure to sign the time sheets on time.
We must therefore point out that it is Your responsibility that time is recorded monthly in ProjektTid, and for manual time sheets that they are filled in and signed monthly, and sent to your projectcontroller. This applies both to EU projects and all other projects with requirements of timeregistration.
