Employee involvement at AU

Universitetsloven (the University Law) establishes a hierarchical management structure, but emphasis is also placed on the importance of involvement and co-determination for staff and students. According to AU's articles of association, we must have a number of committees at AU, including the board, academic council, PhD committee and study board.
